Communication was smooth, parking was distant.

absolutely horrendous! First off, the place was filthy, with pubic hairs on towels and foul odors everywhere, and don't get me started on the checking in, which was a complete fiasco at a different, messy location. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for all the trouble but instead got utter disgrace. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

I had to walk about 10 minutes in the rain to pick up the keys from a different location, which was an unwelcome hassle. The furnishings were old and appeared to be dirty, contributing to a neglected atmosphere. The shared bathroom was in poor condition, and loud noises from other guests made it difficult to get a decent night’s sleep.

Check your email for instructions on key pickup before your arrival. it can save you time.

The location's super convenient on a main street, and having a bus stop right in front is clutch. The room was cozy, clean, and well-lit, which made my stay real nice.

Had a pleasant stay with helpful communication throughout. The bright and cozy room was well-appointed with reliable internet, perfect for both leisure and business. The nearby bus stop was very convenient. Parking was a slight hassle, but the lovely staff made up for it.

The location's perfect if you’re hitting the O2 Academy. Our triple room was super spacious, and we loved the comfy beds. A fan in the room was a fab touch for the heat. Plus, getting keys was a breeze with clear email instructions. Only wish there were more dining options nearby.
